Wakiso Giants will have to do without the services of Fahad Kawooya and Karim Ndugwa when they take on Onduparaka in their fourth match of the 2020-2021 StarTimes Uganda Premier league.
The development was confirmed yesterday by the Purple Sharks head coach Douglas Bamweyana as he addressed the press ahead of their away game at the Green Light stadium, Arua on Tuesday.
The former Maroons and SC Villa tactician affirmed that the team arrived safely in Arua and ready for the game against the Caterpillars as they seek to win their first league game of the 2020-2021 StarTimes Uganda Premier League campaign after three consecutive draws.
However, on a sad note, the tactician revealed that two players in Karim Ndugwa and Fahad Kawooya will miss the game through sickness.
“We arrived safely and have had a run out and feel ready for the game tomorrow,”
“We will be missing two players who are sick, that’s Karim Ndugwa and Fahad Kawooya but we have a very ready squad to do the job tomorrow.”
Bamweyana confirmed the absence of Karim Ndugwa and Fahad Kawooya vs Onduparaka
