Uganda Revenue Authority football club head coach Sam celebrated a win last night against Myda , but despite that, something still bothered him and listening to him after the game you’d think his team had lost their Startimes Uganda Premier League fixture versus Myda.
In fact the tax collectors came away with a 3-2 victory over struggling Startimes Uganda Premier League newbies and like any other person who watched the game,Sam Ssimbwa admitted that he was frustrated and upset by his side’s display, defending in particular.

Speaking after the game, Sam Ssimbwa noted that his side might have won but conceding two goals versus a struggling Myda side bothered him so much and made him unhappy with his side’s defensive effort.
Ssimbwa admitted that his side didn’t play well and were lucky to get their third consecutive away win in the Startimes Uganda Premier League and also warned his players that they need to sharpen up at the back.

“We haven’t played so well and wasn’t happy with the way we conceded the two goals. We must go back to the drawing board.”
A Cromwell Rwothomio brace in the first half (20th & 23rd minute) put the tax collectors two up before their sloppy defending allowed Myda to reduce the deficit thanks to Norman Ojik’s strike in the 54th minute.

Cromwell Rwothomio completed his hat-trick to put the game beyond doubt in the 80th minute, before Ibrahim Nsiimbe converted from the spot in the 90th minute to further reduce the deficit and forced the Ssimbwa coached side to defend their remaining goal till the referee blew the final whistle and Ssimbwa believes his team could have done better.
Defeat leaves Myda rooted second from the bottom of the Startimes Uganda Premier League table with one point from seven games while victory lifted the tax collectors to third on the log with 13 points from seven points just six points behind pacesetters Police FC.

MYDA’s next league fixture is against Kcca Fc whilst Ssimbwa and his men’s next assignment will be against unbeaten Wakiso Giants FC in their next fixture and Ssimbwa has vowed that his side will do whatever possible to come out victorious versus Douglas Bamweyana’s coached side.
