SC Villa presidential hopefuls have spent weeks reassuring voters and SC Villa faithfuls that they can unify the club, solve the club’s financial constraints and avoid the divisions that plagued the decline of the most successful club in Ugandan football but instead , the scars of that battle are being ripped open.

The race for presidency has taken a turn to the dark side less than a month before they head to polls and as it stands, if SC Villa supporters tune in now to get a better understanding of where Presidential hopefuls Dennis Mbidde Ssebugwawo and Busiro East Constituency legislator Medard Lubega Sseggona aka Akalyamaggwa stand on the issues confronting a club in crisis, they are likely to be left dismayed.
